Plan your days. Even if it's a day to rest.

[] Set goals. If you have nothing planned life gets boring and you will lose joy and peace.

[] To be blessed you need to help someone else. You can't be happy and selfish at the same time.

[] Picture that person in your mind of the person who always cheered you on.

[] The story of my Oma telling me I was her favorite. My mother always having my corner and loving me with an unconditional amount of love. They saw something in you. They saw the real you. That is who you are.

Doing an audit on your life of what matter to you now

What matters now will most probably not be the same as it was in the past.

Regrets at the end would be.

Not trying

1. You need to believe you deserve to win.

Work on self confidence is how you learn to believe you deserve the win.

Keep the promises you make to yourself.

-- you start to believe because your doing things others aren't willing to do, or you haven't in the past been willing to do

2.winners want to dominate- not just beat you. Dominate

Means I want to make a significant impact.

3. Laser focused. Your obsessions become your possessions. Shrink it and get on it. That is what focus means. Dialed in

4. Eliminate any distractions

Phone - social media- worries, the what ifs

Shift family trends of being so close but not close enough. Being financially smart.

5. Building a legacy - a sense of the historic

6. habits- doing the things when you’re not feeling it. Keep pushing through when the world around you is burning. This creates function.

7. Smaller dispersion

Getting joy

1. Spend time with God

2. Set goals for the day

3. Help other people. Get your mind off yourself.
