Today, I’m going to provide an update on everything that’s been going on over the past few weeks. It culminated with my birthday party here in Panama, which saw over 200 like-minded people come together for an incredible celebration. Prior to that, we had a week-long investors tour in Panama, which began just as I was coming back from a trip to Turkey. As you can tell, it’s been a busy few weeks, but they’ve also been incredibly important. With how fast things are changing in today's world, this is no time to take the foot off the gas—it's time to accelerate, and that's exactly what you'll be seeing my team and I do this year. Today, I’ll share all the details and preview a bit of what the Expat Money team and I have planned for the year ahead.

TODAY’S UPDATE EPISODE:

  • Listen in to hear about my trip to Turkey to finalize renovations on the home that we recently purchased in Istanbul.
  • Learn about the recent investors tour we held in Panama prior to the party, where clients of mine came down to view some of the absolute gems of real estate deals that are brewing down here.
  • Find out why this will probably be the last of these investors' tours in Panama for a while and what we plan to do next year in its place. It’s going to be even more exciting!
  • Hear the details of the upcoming Luxury Expat Exploration and Investment Tour in Paraguay. Many of my clients have become interested in this country lately, and we’re going to spend nine days exploring in style.
  • Listen to the breakdown of my 41st birthday party - from the food, fireworks, and festivities to the amazing conversations with friends and clients.
  • Find out why it’s absolutely critical that you act RIGHT NOW to get Panama residency by investment before the minimum investment nearly doubles this year. Don’t hesitate & reach out to my team today to get started.
  • Learn about the easiest way to make your real estate investment in Panama - our Panam Fly ‘N Buy Tours, where you’ll have all your expenses paid when you come down and purchase your property here in Panama.

SAVE THE DATE

The team and I have already decided that instead of an investors tour next year, we’ll be hosting a conference on Friday followed by a Birthday party on Saturday. So SAVE THE DATE for March 14-16, 2025, and I hope to see you there!

CONCLUSION

It has certainly been an extremely busy few weeks here, but honestly, these last few weeks have energized me more than ever. Meeting with so many like-minded people and seeing faces, both familiar and new, is a great reminder of what this is all really about—building a community of like-minded people with a shared philosophy and commitment to taking action. The Expat Money community, from my team members to my clients and partners all the way down to the casual listener of this podcast, represents people around the world who aren’t just complaining about all the world’s problems but are taking action to find higher ground for themselves and their families. I hope you enjoyed this little recap of the last few weeks, and I’ll see you here next Wednesday!

Join Me In Panama For Our Next Tour

I have great news. After many meetings and explanations, the Panamanian government has agreed to keep the Investors Visa at a $300k Real Estate investment instead of nearly doubling the amount required, as they said they would. This is a massive win for our community who wants to move to or invest in Panama, but I am not sure how long this will last… If you have been thinking about Panama, then I want to make an invitation to you today. Come join me for a special four-day tour to see if the country I call home is right for you and your family. We have just released the next set of trip dates. You can find out more at ExpatMoney.com/fly. Come visit me and the Expat Money team, get a feel for the country and see if Panama makes sense for investment or as a new home.

Veritas Panama - Offgrid Community

After 17 months of bureaucracy, my partners and I successfully got our permits for Veritas Panama! This is the fully off-grid community we are building in the highlands of Panama. We have already started building the roads, subdividing the lots, installing the septic and water, and even installing solar panels, so everything is independent of the power grid! The site we chose is unbelievable; we are up at a flat plateau about a thousand feet up a mountain with incredible unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. To go to the beach, it is just 15 minutes down to the water. We have mature fruit trees on site, including these gorgeous 200-year-old mango trees and many other things, such as avocado trees, papayas, and delicious tropical fruits. You can find out more information and contact us at VeritasPanama.com But please be aware that there are only 100 home sites, and without even talking about this to the general public, a lot of the lots are already sold… So if you dream of living in a completely off-grid community, enjoying the beautiful weather, close to the beach, being food, water, and energy independent, and want to have like-minded and cool neighbours, people who respect personal, medical, and economic freedoms, then I want you to contact us at VeritasPanama.com today
