This is a bonus episode of The Evolved Caveman Podcast as anger has been on the rise worldwide since the start of COVID. This episode was originally recorded in 2021 during the height of COVID. However, the gems included within will dazzle for eternity.

My esteemed guest is Dr. Thomas DiBlasi, an anger management expert and psychologist. So check this out…Two anger management experts riffing on anger, how to identify it early and TOOLS you can use to turn down the volume on anger. ‘Nuff said!

Domestic violence reports are on the rise in most parts of the world due to COVID, financial pressures and more. Anger is increasing everywhere. My Facebook Anger Management Group has exploded in numbers in the past 2 years. “Pressure cooker” cases (those who've never been violent before but the anger is building) are growing exponentially due to an unprecedented stacking of huge stressors - financial, relational, job loss, parenting and teaching children at home, etc.
So…how do we get ahead of this anger tsunami and begin practicing tools NOW to minimize the psychological impact later?

Listen in on a brilliant conversation packed with ACTIONABLE TOOLS between two internationally renowned anger management experts as they share the best ways to ...

a) increase your awareness in the moment when you are getting angry and

b) tools to manage that anger immediately (and over time) and
c) how to replace those pissed off feelings with more frequent positive emotions such as contentment.

It does not get any more important than this. Listen and learn. Below is a list of free resources for further practice in this area…

Free Resources: (I'm giving this shit away because everyone of you who takes me up on it makes the world a better place for all those you know and love! So thank you for your efforts at personal development!) You can join the FB Anger Management Group for free access to my online anger management video course - normally $75.
