Did-you-know that most people only apply half of the sunscreen amount they need? Yikes! On top of not reapplying sunscreen, many don’t even apply the right amount. This gives us a picture of how much (or how little) sun protection many people actually get.

People forget that as long as you’re exposed to UV rays, your skin can get sun damaged. Which is why today, I’ll dive into how you can increase sunscreen efficacy and better protect your skin from sun damage.

  • Exactly how much sunscreen you need to apply, in various situations
  • Why re-applying your sunscreen (every 2 hours, ideally) should be the standard
