2. Core values are a set of beliefs you value that convert into thinking and behavior.

3. Making a culture unstoppable requires Leadership investing in career-pathing for their individuals. Mapping out how they can get from point A to point B.

4. The requirements of the team need to be measurable and objective. They need to measure the output at every individual. Then you have to infuse accountability.

5. Sometimes leaders are just inundated with the messy-middle

6. Protecting the culture requires protecting the values that made it successful in the first place.

7. Your people don’t have to live in a high-stress low happiness environment at the cost of you having to win. When you let your people live in chaos and in a high stress environment in your org, that high-stress permeates into the rest of their life when they live every day.
