*Stand/Walk this way.

*Wall Squats

Correcting Sitting posture

*Try this checklist

Stretching common tight muscles with poor posture.

*Broomstick

*Leg behind chair

Strengthen these muscles to improve your posture.

*Wall kick back

*Reverse Flys
