Our guest today is Simon Rinne, Founder of Mindful Men, a community that provides a secure and supportive environment for men, boys, and their support systems to discuss and address their mental health and well-being concerns.

Simon's mission is to help normalise discussions about mental health and to encourage boys and men to open up, get vulnerable and deal with the issues that are troubling them.

In this episode of The Career Changers, Simon Rene, founder of Mindful Men, shares his journey of addressing and overcoming mental health challenges while transitioning from a 15-year public service career to becoming a men's mental health practitioner.

He provides insights on turning pain into purpose, living life by design, and offers practical advice for those struggling to find their path.
