@Biomechweekly is a low-cost, subscription based collaberative content platform focusing on a decentralized view of biomechanics, training modalities, or any other sensory based practice. A decentralized approach sees human biomechanics modalities as a sensory technology that serves human beings to be more independent and empowered for their own self-interests, while not identifying with any of the philosophies of their creators. Trusting direct experience and testing everything for oneself first and foremost, especially with sensory experience, it denies any authority on biomechanics outside of ourselves and always emphasizes the supremacy of the Experiencer and what is useful to us in our studies of sensory technologies. These ideas have been influenced by cutting edge philosophies rooted in Futurism, specifically the book titled The Agathon Engine, published in 2020.

Co-hosted by Anthony Manuele and Dr. William Rajbar, the foremost podcast opening discussion about the most innovative ways to train, and move. your body.
