This episode is a 30,000 foot view of a series we've started on a critique of Academia/Research-Based/"Studies and data only" as a philosophical approach to acquiring truth about movement and biomechanics. We covered many topics including how science that only looks at limited variables can get carried away and turned into 'narratives' which data starts to fit itself to.

We'll be covering many aspects of how to think more critically/freely/integrally when it comes to investigating your movement practice, the truths behind training, and more.

David Weck also joined us and discusses personal stories of how his ideas about "Head Over Foot Locomotion" have been denied by the subscribers of the pedestrian theory of locomotion, and how a single study undertaken by Eric Cressey was extrapolated into years of Bosu Ball bashing and set back people exploring the utility of unstable surface training for far too long.
