Alberto Nuñez needs no introduction. He has been around for ever coaching lifters and bodybuilders. Training, coaching and nutrition is what he knows and he knows well. We delve into heaps of topics some of which included the concept of motivation and how to REALLY find it, how being a natural vs an enhanced lifter influences training programming, what things powerlifters can learn from bodybuilders and vice versa aswell as the similarities in training between the two, how muscle size influences strength (I keep saying this and thankfully these great coaches like Alberto and Dr Mike keep confirming it) as well as a load on how to be a great coach and so so much more.
