Today I'm speaking to Eleni Cassar, Clinical Nutritionist with a holistic approach to health and wellness, on all things food and eating around your Menstrual Cycle!
Eleni and I will be discussing holistic ways to support your hormones and your menstrual cycle through the lens of nutrition and holistic health. She will explore different foods and nutrients to incorporate into your diet to optimise the health of your hormones. She will also unpack some of the biggest misconceptions around period symptoms that are considered "normal" when in fact are a sign that your hormones are not functioning correctly!
