Hey there surfers and beachgoers! Ready to catch some waves and soak up the sun? Well, here's the scoop on the surf zone forecast for today and tomorrow in Southern California.
Starting off in Malibu Coast and Los Angeles County Beaches, we've got a low rip current risk, with waves ranging from 1 to 3 feet. No thunderstorms expected, and the water temperature is a comfortable 66 to 75 degrees. Looks like a mix of south and west swells rolling in.
Heading over to Ventura County Beaches, it's a similar low risk for rip currents with surf heights of 1 to 3 feet. The water temperature here is slightly cooler at 67 to 69 degrees, and we've got a mix of west and south swells to ride.
Down in Santa Barbara County, expect 1 to 2 feet of surf with a low rip current risk. Water temperature around 65 degrees, and a southwest swell to enjoy.
And if you're hitting up San Luis Obispo County and Santa Barbara Central Coast Beaches, get ready for some bigger waves at 3 to 5 feet. No thunderstorms in sight, water temperature a bit chillier at 53 to 55 degrees, and a mix of northwest and south swells.
