Hey there, awesome surfers and beachgoers! Let's dive into the groovy surf forecast for our favorite spots along the California coast!
Starting off with Malibu Coast and Los Angeles County Beaches, we've got a moderate rip current risk hangin' around through Friday. So, keep your eyes peeled and stay safe out there. The surf height is rollin' in at 2 to 4 feet with a mix of south and west swells. Looks like no thunderstorms are crashing this beach party, and water temps are a comfy 68 to 75 degrees.
Now, looking ahead to Saturday, the rip current risk stays moderate with surf heights maintaining at 2 to 4 feet. Again, no thunderstorms in sight, just some more of that sweet mix of south and west swells to ride.
Ventura County Beaches are also rockin' a moderate rip current risk, so keep your surf skills sharp as the surf height hits 2 to 4 feet. With water temps at 65 to 67 degrees, it's gonna be a refreshing dip in the ocean. Expect a mix of west and south swells hittin' the shore.
For Santa Barbara County Southwestern Coast and Southeastern Coast, the rip current risk is low with surf heights of 1 to 3 feet. No thunderstorms on the horizon, just some rad west swells rollin' in. Water temps are lookin' good at 67 to 69 degrees, perfect for some chill vibes by the beach.
And last but not least, San Luis Obispo County Beaches and Santa Barbara Central Coast Beaches are serving up some larger waves! Surf heights are pumpin' at 3 to 5 feet this afternoon through Friday, with a mix of south and west swells. Things are heating up on Saturday with surf heights cranking up to 4 to 7 feet. So, wax up those boards and get ready for a wild ride!
Remember to always keep an eye out for those rip currents, surf within your limits, and most importantly, have a blast out there catching waves!
