I am going to share with you two things that have provided me with the foundation to overcome. Do I still make mistakes with food? Do I still struggle some days? Of course. I am human. But it no longer consumes me. I walk in freedom and you can too!
I am seeking three individuals to help start 2025 with healthy habits that will make their year the best yet!
