Many service professionals in fact many entrepreneurs think about what’s in it for them, and although that’s an important fact there were many reasons you should rethink how you do business going forward. Customers and clients develop a form of a bond with service companies that they are very happy with, from my experience there are many more they’ve had a poor experience and when they find somebody it’s almost like gold. In the service industry it’s not like selling a product they are getting you and the reputation you’ve worked hard to build up.
An episode number 105 of the service without excuses podcast we talk to Hall of Fame speaker and the legendary Bob Burg, he is most famously known for the book that he co-authored “The Go Giver” among any other as part of the franchise of books he has written.
