DJ has been coaching young men and business professionals since the age of 24 by helping them become more mentally fit, a way of training our thinking in a similar fashion to how we train a physical muscle. DJ is a certified Heroic coach that focuses on eating, moving, and sleeping and helps young men in their 20’s stop being confused men in their 20’s.
