A beautiful follow on to episode 3... here is 3.1 (but for tech reasons is actually episode 4 - we're still learning!)
We're adding to the financial reasons in this episode, focus is on those hidden costs, the wider impact to the business. It is easy to spreadsheet a costing of physical items such as stock but when it comes to the impact of an incident, there is SO much that you just don't see and the implications can cost a business far more than you realise.
We kept it short and sweet this episode so no need to get out the thermos this week.
