Sisters Courtney and Carley explore the hot topic of expanding our social circles in this week’s episode all about fostering new friendships. Carley shares her strategies for striking up a conversation with a new acquaintance and Courtney advises on the art of introducing others. Both sisters share examples—good, bad and ugly—from their own personal experiences in this light-hearted episode. This is the 3rd episode in the summer hot topics series, airing summer 2022.

8. Have confidence in yourself (it’s okay if you feel awkward—we’re all relearning socializing post-pandemic)
