Can you believe we’re approaching the end of September? The new year is almost upon us, and I wanted to take this moment to dive into something crucial for all of us—progress.

In this episode, I share some profound insights on what progress truly means and how subjective it can be. From my own life experiences and work with clients, I’ve realized that many of us have been conditioned to see progress as something big and obvious. But progress is often the small, subtle shifts that compound over time to create lasting change.

I talk about redefining progress in a way that allows us to appreciate the tiny steps we often overlook—things like shifts in intensity, duration, or frequency of emotions and actions. I challenge you to think about how you're measuring your own progress, especially when it comes to your personal or business goals.

One key takeaway is that progress isn't just about reaching the ultimate goal; it's about the series of micro changes that lead us there. I share a powerful story of how a conversation with a client shifted my perspective on progress, helping me realise that even emotional breakthroughs—like crying—can be a form of progress.

Whether you're aiming for five new clients by the end of October or working through personal breakthroughs, it's important to acknowledge that progress comes in many forms. Tune in to learn how to recognize the progress already happening in your life and how it can shift your entire outlook.

If you’re feeling stuck or want to discuss how to move forward, reach out to me for a Strategy Session, and we can explore this together. Let's redefine progress and celebrate every step along the way!
