This week, I’m excited to share an incredible win from one of my private clients, who I've been working with for about two and a half months. She signed on for 12 months, and has seen remarkable growth in her membership offer. I want to discuss where she started, the strategy we used, and her impressive results.

Many people I speak with are looking to scale their offers and move away from one-on-one consulting to create consistent, recurring revenue. Memberships are an excellent structure for this. My client launched her first membership last year after primarily offering courses and bespoke client work. She had a huge waitlist for one-on-one sessions and enjoyed her courses but lacked a strategic offer timeline.

When we started, her messaging was too broad. We refined it to focus on one core transformation: making more online sales through social media. We revamped her sales page and marketing materials to emphasise this specific promise.

We also tweaked her social media strategy. She was already consistent in her visibility but needed more authority content and social proof. We incorporated storytelling, client interviews, and testimonials to better connect with her audience.

Lastly, we restructured her membership by adding a lower-tier for content and community, and a higher-tier with personalised support. This change, along with her clean mindset and willingness to experiment, led to a 150% increase in membership sign-ups within one month.

Her success demonstrates the power of refining messaging, adjusting content strategy, and strategically structuring offers.
