Today we have my friend Garret Kramer on the show. Garret is an American author, speaker, coach, and teacher. He was the founder and managing partner of Inner Sports, a Morristown, New Jersey, firm specialising in non-duality and its relevance to performance, happiness, and sports psychology. He has since left that firm to concentrate on his real work, the discovery of Self.
I know this podcast will blow your mind. At times the information might seem confusing as it goes against all we've been taught, and at others it may trigger you, and at others still, it may seem like what you have known all along but haven't been able to vocalise. Whatever emotion you find yourself in, I urge you to stay the course and really listen to the message Garret is trying to convey, which is when you take off your mask and become your true Self life becomes much more simple and joyful.
