Our guest today is Sarah Hayes, HR Director at Securitas UK and Co-founder and Director at Running on Empty.
With over 25 years of HR experience, Sarah is an award-winning fellow of the CIPD. Having worked in senior roles in various sectors including retail, financial services, and railway.
Sarah has worked at Securitas for 8 years and has been the HR Director for the UK for the last 4 years.
Sarah has led through the turbulent time of Covid, whilst still making huge strides in the provision of development of their people, making learning available to all employees, leadership development for all people managers and a diversity and inclusion strategy that saw Securitas UK be shortlisted as a finalist for multiple awards.
Sarah combines her HR expertise with a passion for people and employee engagement. With a particular interest in diversity, inclusion and belonging, Learning and Development, and health and wellbeing for all.
