Stress is a huge mental block, physical block and spiritual block. It disconnects us from our true selves, creating struggles and discomfort in our relationships. It causes imbalances in our hormones system, sugar levels, nervous systems to name a few. It lowers your metabolism and accelerates aging. LIFE-SAVER NICE-CREAM BOWL

Ingredients:

1 C frozen blueberries (or the berries of your choice)

1 medium frozen banana (if using room temperature banana, just add 1/3 C of ice)

1 heaping tablespoon of nut butter of your choice (almond, cashew, peanut)

2 Tbsp hemp seed

1/4 tsp lemon extract (or 1 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice)

1 scoop collagen powder

2 Tbsp of water

Steps:

Add all the ingredients into a blender. Use high speed to blend until desired consistency. Serve and enjoy!

Optional:

You can top you nice-cream with unsweetened coconut flakes, chia seeds or more fresh fruits.
