This podcast is about inconsistent c and deviation of focus. In order to manifest any abstraction of the mind we must continuously adapt to that idea. If we do not adapt to that idea over and over and over and over again, then we will be inconsistent. If we are a consistent babe we will not be great at that abstraction. Now the focus. Whenever we focus on something and are great at it that we do not desire that is deviation of focus you know our or excuse me that is tedious focus our focus is on something that is irrelevant to us but we're becoming great at it. however on the flip side if we become great at a certain thing that we desire then that is the focus that we are looking for. Focus and I know that it's going to be hard and take a while to build that muscle however focus on the things that matter most and you will become great at it.
