The feeling of something holding you back from living a quality of life: legs feel heavy, arms feel weak, body feels like it’s in quicksand, and eyelids almost close on their own when it’s not bedtime. Always feeling tired, but so tired that it’s hard to think or get the words out of the mouth to express anything. Maybe you’re someone that burns out at a certain point of the day and needs a nap to function well again, or someone that is tired all the time no matter how much sleep you get. Maybe you’re someone that is severely exhausted but can’t sleep and it turns into a vicious cycle. Mystery fatigue can be brutal and if you are lucky enough to get a chronic fatigue diagnosis, it doesn’t mean a well-intentioned doctor understands the causes of the fatigue you are suffering with. Mystery fatigue of any kind can land a person with any number of conditions and labels, including Lyme disease, as one example alone. Fatigue is a prime example of a sickness that looks fine on the outside versus what it feels like on the inside. These people are often mistakenly accused of conjuring up their chronic fatigue symptoms. Over the decades, people were told that they were lazy and it was all in their head. There are real, true causes for a myriad of fatigue symptoms and one of those causes is pathogens. People carry around multiple bugs that wreak havoc greatly, Epstein Barr being one of the main viruses responsible for mystery fatigue. This common virus can leach neurotoxins into the bloodstream, creating a continual draw on the nervous system and making someone more tired than normal. There is a way to heal from mystery fatigue and the many other symptoms that people suffer with while battling their fatigue. There are answers. In this episode we explore the true causes of fatigue and we show protocols that can help move the needle into getting your life back. In this episode… · Learn about the certain kind of fatigue that sticks around, and not just because you’ve had a long day. · Discover why mystery fatigue is not simply a result of processed foods, over-exercising, working too hard, partying too much or stress. · Learn about the “it’s all in your head” diagnosis and why it’s misguided. · Discover why “Junk Runners” and their binging habits or college kids and their eating habits don’t necessarily lead to mystery fatigue. · Uncover the reality of mystery fatigue and what it’s like to live with it. · Learn about the salt-in-the-wound that occurs when people have anxiety or another symptom on top of their mystery fatigue. · Discover how neurotoxins play a role in mystery fatigue and where these neurotoxins come from. · Learn how to heal from mystery fatigue. All this and more, tune in and don’t miss out on this important episode. You can revisit this episode anytime you need it. For more information visit www.medicalmedium.com
