In this episode Vedic meditation teacher Laura Poole speaks with Myra Lewin from Hale Pule on coming back to our nature through Ayurveda, Yoga and Vedic farming practices. Myra is a vibrant and radiating Ayurveda Practitioner, Ayurveda Yoga Therapist, healer and teacher, who over the last 30 years has spent more than 50,000 hours studying and teaching the art and science of Yoga and Ayurveda.

  • What are the doshas? From the Ayurvedic perspective, everything on the planet (including us) is made up of different combinations of five elements: earth, water, fire, air and ethers. The three doshas – vata, pitta and kapha – each represent two elements and are responsible for various functions in the body and mind.   • PRAKRITI is a Sanskrit word which means ‘first state or creation’. In this context we are talking about the state of health in which are all first born into
