I had the pleasure of speaking with Vanessa as part of her amazing efforts to get the word out about mindbody (or what I now like to call bodymind) healing. The Pain Psychology Center is home to Pain Reprocessing Therapy and the, now infamous, tool of Somatic Tracking. In this episode we talk about Vanessa's own recovery from chronic migraine and we get into the nuts and bolts of 'what exactly is pain reprocessing therapy?'.
