Join me in this episode, as I speak with incrible writer and chronic pain survivor Chelsea Davis. Chelsea bravely shares her recovery story, primarily from back pain but also including migraine pain, wrist pain, rashes and tinnitus. This recovery story is the 'whole package': Chelsea covers everything right from first reading John Sarno and her reaction of disbelief that her pain could be emotional in origin, through to discovering the power of journal speak, learning to feel the relationship between pain and emotions in her body in real time, the symptom imperative, recovery, and life on the other side including survivors guilt. Tune in to hear about what is truly possible through this work.
