This week we are back for another mindset challenge!!
What is your current state of mind and what does this even mean? The definition of state of mind : a person's mood and the effect that mood has on the person's thinking and behavior
So when you are encountering things throughout your day that pose challenges or obstacles, how do you approach this and what is your response? Do you have a growth mindset or above the line thinking or are you more apt to take the victim or villian role? Is this happening to you or for you? If you're rolling your eyes right now, you have some work to do ;)!
One of the areas that seems daunting to me is the long-term vs current state of mind. I feel that I can take my current state of mind and form responses that are within my control that allow me to empower myself and others. But I'm not as confident that I have been able to convey this consistently overtime. I guess that just means that I am still a work in progress, as are you!
So regardless of what your current state of mind is, you have the ability to change it!!
