It's been over a year since the start of the pandemic and we are STILL on full lockdown mode here in Ontario, Canada. It sucks. We're all irritated, depressed, stressed out, bored, stuck at home and without a whole lot motivating us to workout especially with gyms being closed. For many of us, we're just trying to get through each day, hoping for some light at the end of the tunnel. So let's cut ourselves some slack for now, shall we? And instead of being ridden with shame and guilt over gaining the "Quarantine 15" or spending copious amounts of money each week on Skip the Dishes and Uber Eats, let's dedicate an entire podcast to just a few small things we CAN do to at least FEEL somewhat healthy and not like a complete failure when it comes to your food and training. At least some things that have been helping me (Sam) get through.
