Richeal returns to the podcast. After having a less than stellar outing at IrishPF Last Chance in December 2022, Richeal took time to reevaluate what she wanted from powerlifting. Navigating the rigours of TUEs, the advantages of the ABS Series being untested, and introducing her own athletes to the sport, Richeal is firmly set on enjoying herself in powerlifting. Following on from conversations off air, Richeal adds her voice to the debate around obesity and how we can help; both as fitness professionals and as a society.
