The Team GB Olympic sprinter chats about her journey to Paris and how she’s been preparing mentally and physically since arriving in France for the moment she’s been dreaming of her whole life.
Amber also talks about her whirlwind year in which she has graduated from college in America and become a professional athlete, the sacrifices she’s made along the way to make it to her first Olympics and overcoming the pressures of delivering on the world stage.
The 400m metre sprinter also reveals who her biggest inspiration is at Team GB and explains why discipline is so important in maximizing performance.
