She earned her Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health and Master of Science in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England. With a background in functional nutrition, sociology, and teaching, she also advocates social and food justice. Empowering youth and adults to use food as medicine and connection is her passion.
