If you've been following me on Instagram, you know that I am writing a book. I'm gonna be honest, I thought this was going to be easy for me and it turns out writing a book is, in fact, really hard. Since I am giving a lot of my time & energy to my book, there are some podcast & business updates...
These are all good things, though! I'm shedding layers and deconditioning. Things that society & the business industry told me in my 20s are no longer serving me — not that they ever did because I hit majorrrr burnout, but tune into episode 011 to hear more about unique time strategies you can implement today and how to manage your time if you're currently in burnout or have low energy.
