Today Lindsey sits with her teacher, Dr. Catherine Shainberg, for this episode devoted to the subversive nature of dreaming.
Catherine is an internationally renowned teacher, healer, psychologist, and dream and imagery expert. She is the lineage holder the Kabbalah of Light, an 800 year old legacy transmitted to her by Colette Aboulker-Mouscat. The founder of the School of Images, Catherine is dedicated to teaching the techniques of this ancient tradition through imagery & dreaming workshops worldwide and through her books Kabbalah and the Power of Dreaming, DreamBirth, and the Kabbalah of Light.
"The work consists of turning the conscious mind back to looking into the subconscious mind" says Dr. Catherine Shainberg in describing the process of inner gazing, which is the fundamental practice in which we as dreamers engage.
