Busyness can be super stressful so let’s tackle it now to live easy later. Somehow as we get older we shift into this mold where we equate busyness to success. But have you ever stopped to ask yourself why? Why am I doing this? When will it be too much? We live for weekends and vacations but here’s the thing…busyness is a disease that follows. It will continue to follow you until you learn to let it go. Our need to achievement can blindside our judgement. Sometimes instead of prioritizing the right things we prioritize just getting stuff done. But friends, there will always be more things to do. And those things create an urgency even if they are not urgent. ??PRACTICAL LIFE TIP! Batch tasking: Give yourself an hour to do all the crappy to do’s you don’t want to do.
