We’re diving into a topic today that’s so close to my heart: the fear factor around health. With all the warnings and advice out there, it’s easy to get wrapped up in worry – but fear can actually mess with our health, both mentally and physically! In this episode, we’re exploring three ways fear can make you sick and confused and, just as importantly, three ways to break free and reclaim your peace.

Here’s what you’ll get in today’s episode:

  • Why fear sells and how constant exposure to fear-based messaging is impacting our physical health.
  • How adrenaline and cortisol (those “stress hormones”) can wreak havoc on digestion, gut health, and even our decision-making abilities when we’re in a constant state of worry.
  • The reality behind “orthorexia nervosa” – a fixation on "clean" eating that leads to stress and burnout.
  • My favorite way to interrupt fear’s hold: the Stop, Drop, and Roll method. Yep, just like they teach for fire safety! I’ll walk you through this simple process to get back to a calm, clear-headed place whenever fear creeps in.
