“I think that modern medicine is great at a lot of stuff–like, if you fall down the stairs or have an accident, they can put you back together. But when it comes to healing the body, strengthening the body, having a strong immune system, having strong bones, you've got to go to food and herbs (what you're putting in your body) to help you develop the blood you need to feed all your organs. So I'm a big believer in using food and herbs as medicine–I'm living proof.” - Andrea Beaman
