Today we're talking about preconception and prenatal health for both mom and baby and Sarah Thompson joins me to really dig in and talk about specific foods and nutrients that we can use to increase egg quality, support hormone levels in early pregnancy, and ultimately help mom and baby stay happy and healthy during the pregnancy journey.
