This week on the GreenStrength Podcast, Coach Luke and Geoff start off with a fun discussion about the new Oklahoma Football coaching hires and how college football players workout and trying. We then talk about the nutrition and eating problem we have broadly in the United States and the problems we have individually and some of the ways we can work through them. Finally, Geoff asks Coach Luke about how he can fit a good workout into a short time when he doesn't have a full hour. Coach Luke gives some tips on how to fit a great workout into 20 minutes using tools like focusing on primary compound movements and density training. They also discuss strategies for fitting movement and exercise in throughout the day that has a big impact like using the Grease the Groove method.
