MIKEY TALKS ABOUT LONELINESS
Manage episode 302396748 series 2867947

Elderly people can be lonely too, and some have developed great coping mechanisms as they go through different stages of life - leaving home, going to university, getting married, children leaving home, loved ones dying, etc. Some don't. Solitude, however, is great for connecting with yourself and your environment and is a positive thing.
