In this episode, we sit down with Neil Anders, a Certified Mortgage Advisor - Branch Manager of American Financial Network in Newport Beach, California with two decades of experience helping his many grateful clients achieve their financial goals. Honest, intelligent and hardworking, Neil has dedicated himself to providing top-of-the-line customer service, and this has translated into a thriving business that sees his branch averaging over $50 million dollars every month, and he has personally funded over 7,000 transactions during his lengthy career.
From a teen prodigy who graduated from high school at 15, earning his first college degree at 17 to owning a business at 19. Although an early rise to success, bumps along the entrepreneur journey is avoidable. The 2008-2009 financial crisis hit him as hard as it did his clients forcing his own properties into foreclosure. It was that crisis that plunged Neil into a deep introspection, humbling experience that resulted in a new and unwavering commitment to placing his clients’ needs front and center during every transaction.
Neil's Mission: My mission over the past 18+ years has been to provide real estate wealth through team building and helping agents grow their business. By doing this it has allowed me to become one of the top agents in the US by both units and volume, while building a nationwide team. Recently, I decided to start growing a network of high-level real estate agents, brokers and entrepreneurs to be able to make an impact in different industries, creating opportunities for them to learn how to increase their income. Everyone has a superpower, and through collaboration and education, I’d like to help you unlock yours.
