Stefan is the president/CEO of Elnik Systems a Global Industrial furnace manufacturer, Vice President of DSH Technologies process engineering and metallurgical service organization, and owner/chief wood worker at SJ Wood Company a high-end wood art manufacturer.
Stefan is also an original Arete member.
Stefan started his working life with his family business Elnik at the age of 14, working through all areas of the business as a utility style team support member performing a variety of tasks in the stockroom, machine shop, assembly, shipping/receiving, and engineering.
