Hey listeners! While you might have felt like I’ve been here with you all along, I have actually been on an extended vacay across Europe with my fam!
Travel is an important part of my life, and I often hear a ton of reasons *cough, cough* EXCUSES, on why other people don’t make it happen even when they say they want to.
That’s what I call a limiting belief, a “yeah, but,” if you will.
Humor me… Ask yourself, What do you wanna do? Why haven't you done it? In seconds, you’ll know what’s holding you back…and now its time to pour doubt on it. Because, guess what? You’re the only one limiting yourself.
In today’s ep, I share some cool hacks like house sitting, pet sitting, and point exchanges to cut down on the cost of accommodations. And your mind is going to be BLOWN when you see just how affordable flights can be when you maintain some flexibility.
There is so much opportunity when it comes to travel to continue on with your goals and habits, whether that’s education plans for your children, keeping up with your plant based eating preferences, and healthy habits too!!
Yeah, I said it. You can stay on track with healthy habits on vacation. Seriously, dude, just shift down to maintenance mode (tune in to ep 27 for more on that), rock with healthy mindful eating, and stay in tune with how you’re moving your body!
Listen to the full episode for all the resources and ideas that can bust those limiting beliefs! If extended travel is something you wanna do…make it happen, you totally can.
What’s Inside:

  • Why you actually CAN afford to travel.
  • Hacks for affordable accommodations and flights.
  • Education on the road: The value in learning the REAL world.
  • Yes, you can be healthy on vacation!

I hope after this episode you’re taking a look at YOUR “yeah, but” and ready to pour some doubt on it. OR maybe all the juicy hacks put out that fire and you’re already planning that big trip! Let me know on Insta!
