Manage episode 407291465 series 3559329
Today, I'm sharing all the juicy details from my recent girlfriends getaway with my 2 best friends to Valley of Fire and Zion National Park.
In this episode I talk about how:
- As mothers and ambitious women, it's easy to feel guilty for taking time away from our responsibilities, I'm here to remind you that it's crucial that we do.
- Taking time for ourselves can help us feel more fulfilled and rejuvenated, both in our personal and professional lives.
- There’s nothing like best friends
- The Enneagram and working with my coach Tracy O’Malley has been life changing- click here to check her out and learn your Enneagram
- Vulnerability and knowing how to ask for help is true intimacy and the secret to meaningful relationships
- the word “strong girl” has a different definition to me now
During our trip, we had the opportunity to explore the beautiful landscapes of Valley of Fire and Zion National Park. One of the highlights of the trip for me was climbing Angels Landing. I'll be honest, I had a rare panic attack on the way up, but the power of sisterhood got me through it and I was able to summit. It was a great reminder of the importance of having a strong support system and how much we can accomplish when we work together.
For any of our listeners who are interested in taking a similar trip for themselves, I want to invite you to join us in Costa Rica for the first women's international retreat. We'll be exploring the beautiful landscapes, connecting with other like-minded women, and focusing on self-care and personal growth. Follow this link to sign up and get $200 off your spot!
Thanks for tuning in and I can't wait to share more of my journey with you on the next episode of The BEAM Life podcast!
