120: Decluttering friendships, with Julie Caraccio
Manage episode 414663914 series 2988380
From Project BFF HQ, Terri and Manya riff on the concept of clutter in our friend relationships, with coach and professional declutterer Julie Caraccio.
We discussed the role of boundaries, how to be confident in your boundaries, and how to make real change (hint: It involves awareness and action). We also asked the question: what is the clutter in your life or friendships costing you?
Julie Coraccio is an award-winning professional life, and end-of-life, organizer, certified life coach, and professional declutterer. She is passionate about supporting people in clearing clutter in all areas of their lives; getting organized; and becoming more mindful and aware. For over a decade she hosted the popular podcast, Clear Your Clutter Inside & Out and is the author of 15 books.

Thank you for listening.
After much reflection, we have made the difficult decision to shut down Project BFF and the podcast. Our last podcast episode aired on August 23, 2024. We are leaving the podcast live on Buzzsprout through the end of 2024.
We are proud of this podcast and honored to have hosted such amazing and engaging guests.
Our hope is that Project BFF and Friendshipable have inspired you to form new friendships, strengthen existing ones, and encourage others to do the same
Thank you for being a part of our story. The two of us have truly deepened our friendship during this time, and we look forward to new and memorable adventures together in and around New England, which serves as the adopted home for both of us.
With gratitude and friendship,
Manya and Terri
