In this episode, we'll bring together a number of the ideas I've expressed in some of the earlier episodes about the way we use the aspects, or mechanisms of the self, of consciousness, to create the story of the life we are experiencing.
I'll discuss the idea of change, how integral it is to this process and some of the experiences that may be part of the process that is experienced, as we move from a more limited way of considering our life and the potential it has for us, to an awareness that the life we have, has so many ways it can open up for us and become a very satisfying and fulfilling experience to have.
