In this episode, we'll explore the various aspects of our physical expression within our experience of physical reality, and how those aspects are so foundational to us experiencing either a relative state of health or a relative state of disease. I'll share a little of my background, as it applies to a deep understanding of how and why the body has the challenges it can. I'll also share another technique, to help release the various issues that we may be holding onto, that result in challenges to having the type of experience of life we would like, and to the way we experience our health.
