In this week’s episode of Form, Function, and Flow Lab, I talked about how when you are rehabbing an injury, or some type of issue, your progress is never linear. I think when we have something going on, we are in an “immediate gratification” kind of society.

In this episode we discuss:

[00:36] Introduction to the topic

[2:03] Consistency helps in creating new, better patterns to see changes

[2:35] A different approach of giving exercises to patients

[5:27] Being in a relaxed state will help with your healing

[7:04] Breathwork in relation to being in a relaxed state

[10:42] Rehab: what it really looks like

[15:30] Conclusion

If you have any questions, you can drop it in the comment section or you can send me a message through Facebook or Instagram. I’d be happy to do another podcast about your questions. Also, if you want me to talk about something specific, let me know!

You can also check my TikTok account as I use the platform to educate viewers about movement, chiropractic education, yoga, pregnancy, and more!

Thank you for listening and see you next week!
