In this week’s episode of Form, Function, and Flow Lab, I talked about some updates two weeks post-operation. I will be visiting my surgeon tomorrow and see how things have been panning out after the surgery.
I already shared with you the healing things, such as grounding, I started doing post-operation. Now, I will be talking about the long-term effects of something like this so that this podcast can help someone who could be under the same circumstances.
In this episode we discuss:

[00:35] Introduction to the topic

[2:07] Taking the functional medicine approach

[7:10] How I will be dealing with my neck scar from my surgery

[16:51] Doing better with my sleeping to help with the healing

[18:23] Conclusion
If you have any questions, you can drop it in the comment section or you can send me a message through Facebook or Instagram. I’d be happy to do another podcast about your questions. Also, if you want me to talk about something specific, let me know!
You can also check my TikTok account as I use the platform to educate viewers about movement, chiropractic education, yoga, pregnancy, and more!
Thank you for listening and see you next week!
